Privacy & Refund Policy

OnlyCalorizz collects health metrics so we can calculate macros, sync plans between your devices, and keep your subscription running. This page explains what we store, how we protect it, and how billing works.

Effective November 27, 2025 • Applies to the mobile apps, website, and Stripe-powered billing portal.

Data we collect

We only store information that powers the experience:

  • Account details: email, display name, country, and authentication tokens.
  • Body metrics: weight, height, age, activity level, dietary preferences, and macro targets.
  • Tracking data: meal photos, macro estimates, check-ins, streaks, and plan adjustments.
  • Subscription records: plan type, renewal dates, Stripe identifiers, and payment status (no card numbers).

Everything lives inside Supabase (PostgreSQL + storage) on encrypted disks located in the EU, with daily backups.

How we use your information

Deliver the product

Metrics let us calculate macros, display accurate dashboards, and sync your streaks between iOS, Android, and web.

Support & safety

We review data when you contact support, investigate fraud, or enforce community guidelines. Access is limited to vetted team members.

Billing

Subscription metadata is shared with Stripe so you can manage renewals, receipts, and invoices directly from the account portal.

Sharing & third parties

We do not sell your data. We only share it with vendors that help us run the service—mainly Supabase (hosting), Vercel (website hosting), and Stripe (payments). Each provider is bound by data-processing agreements and industry certifications such as SOC 2 and PCI-DSS.

Retention & deletion

Active subscriber data is kept for as long as you maintain an account. When you cancel and delete your profile inside the account portal, we purge personal data within 30 days unless law requires us to keep it longer. Audit logs and aggregated metrics are stripped of identifiers.

Payments & refunds

OnlyCalorizz runs on prepaid subscription cycles. Because you receive full access immediately, all charges are non-refundable once a billing period starts. Cancelling from the account portal stops future renewals at the end of the cycle, but we do not return money for the remaining days.

If billing errors or platform outages prevent you from using the service during the first 14 days of a cycle, email support@onlycalorizz.com and we will review exceptions manually.

Your rights

  • Request a copy of your data by emailing support@onlycalorizz.com.
  • Update or correct metrics in the app at any time.
  • Delete your account and purge data instantly from the account portal.
  • Appeal billing decisions by contacting us with your Stripe receipt.
